It Started With Silence...
I am the eldest child of three, and that came with a set of rules that nobody wrote down, but everyone enforced.
"Be seen and not heard..."
"Who don't listen will feel..."
"You're the eldest, you're meant to set the example..."
Growing up, I carried more than any child should, and what that period of my life left behind emotionally, mentally, energetically, and phyisically, followed me for years.
I became a hollow shell of myself on the inside, yet holding everything and everyone else together on the outside. Wearing a mask that said "I got this" whilst the darkness swallowed me whole underneath.
The Call That Changed My Life
There came a point where it was too heavy in my heart to carry any longer. It was in one of the darkest moments in my life that small light within my shadows called out to start fighting for me for the very first time.
I decided in that moment, that whatever the cycles, patterns, and generational curses I carried so far ends with me. I'll show the existing and new generations a living example of what a healing and happy person truly looks like.
This decision was the first act of my rebellion. I didn't have the words for it back then, but it was the moment the real Nakima started fighting her way back to the surface.
Since then, I've spent many years learning what I was never taught or allowed to discover growing up:
"How to soothe my nervous system"
"How to embrace and live in my divine feminine qualities"
"How to speak kindly and loveingly to and about myself"
I gave the younger versions of me a safe environment and platform to express what they were never allowed to, while releasing the emotions and memories that lay trapped in my system.
This is what they truly mean when they say you need to release generational trauma and patterns that was never ours to carry. I share my experiences, frameworks, and creations with you so that you don't have to walk yours in the dark alone. The torches are already in place, ready to light up your way back home to yourself.
I created the Soul's Rebellion to be your living safe haven where your transformations can be shared and experienced honestly, openly, and transparantly without apology.
